Apex Experts is the leading Expert Witness practice, formerly known as Apex Health Associates, where we have amassed over 12 years of experience of providing our clients with trusted Expert Witness reports. Our administrative team are based in our office in North Norfolk and work alongside our panel of Experts to provide professional and independent reports across the whole of the UK. We work with a range of clients including Claimant and Defendant firms, Regulatory Bodies, Police, Coroners and Insurance Companies.
Our panel consists of over 100 Experts providing reports in almost 40 areas of healthcare, and we are always growing and developing to suit the needs of our clients. We provide a comprehensive range of reports to suit the individual requirements and budgets of our clients, including advisory and screening reports, fully CPR compliant breach of duty and liability reports, criminal, coroners and care and quantum reports.

We also understand that the circumstances of a case may vary, which is why we are happy to provide deferred fees. We offer a range of deferred fee structures to provide our clients with the flexibility they need.
As we are not an agency and do not charge agency fees, you can rest assured knowing your Expert Witness fees will be recoverable at the end of your case.
We understand the importance of never missing a deadline, and know that our clients frequently have tight deadlines they have to meet. We pay attention to this at all times and make sure all reports are submitted on or before the agreed date.
